This resource builds on insights from employers from the Construction and Tech industries who have embarked on their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) journey and the use of the GLA’s Inclusive Employers Toolkit.
The resource captures examples of how employers are supporting underrepresented groups such as young Black men or BAME staff in general to help a wider range of employers at various stages of their journey, specifically:
- Those who have just begun their ED&I journey
- Those who are mid-way through their ED&I journey and are reviewing their practice and reflecting on progress to date.
- Those who consider themselves proficient or competent ED&I organisations and can draw out best practice.
