Diversity & Inclusion Experts

In the course of our work, we have developed a network of people who think like we do. But when we think about diversity and inclusion, we know that the lived experiences of Black, Asian and people of Mixed Heritage are not homogenous.

We welcome professionals with relevant experience and expertise to join our pool of trainers, consultants, researchers and on our programmes and projects.

Become an ARE Equality, Diversity & Inclusion trainer

ARE’s training and consultancy  work respects where organisations are and where they aspire to be. Our trainers help make Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) an integral part of an organisation’s landscape, helping clients embed positive change that is relevant to their context and activities.

We have previously trained staff at the Natural History Museum, The National Lottery, the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners, the National Probation Service and Camden Art Centre.

If you are interested in joining us as a freelance EDI trainer or consultant, please contact Tebussum Rashid with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your portfolio and background. Find our more about our training and consultancy work.

Tebs was informative, with great examples to illustrate her points; as well as being able to pick up on participants’ points and engage with us in a way that wasn’t confrontational or challenging despite the subject matter
