Brianna joined ARE in 2013 to lead on their national role model programme aimed at young people from Black and Ethnic Minority Backgrounds. Brianna manages over 40 volunteers to deliver a dynamic and innovative project that inspires and motivates young people to reach their potential.
As a qualified secondary school teacher, Brianna has over eight years teaching experience and her last role in education was as a middle leader where she oversaw the pastoral care and academic progress of students. In addition, Brianna has worked in a voluntary capacity with Descendants youth organization and is a governor at a local primary school.
Brianna’s expertise in project management and passion for young people in education has led to the success of ARE’s ethnic minority role model and mentoring programme.
