
Joel O’Loughlin
Joel is a diversity and ethical business specialist with a successful track record in strategic and operational leadership. He has delivered innovative programmes for a wide variety of high-profile clients in the private, public and NGO sectors spanning 30 years. Joel is a seasoned leaders who has been influential in a number of prominent national and regional agencies including NCVO, The Urban Forum, BTEG and Business Links Merseyside. Joel has designed and delivered training on diversity, leadership, and change management for a range of high profile multi-national clients including Glaxo SmithKline, Goldman Sachs, Powergen, as well as The UK House of Commons and other Government agencies. He has worked extensively developing innovative diversity management programmes and training staff in the UK’s National Health Service where he sat as an expert advisor on race equality to the Care Quality Commission (the NHS regulator). He is an experienced presenter with over 30 years’ experience facilitating Executive Level workshops. His most recent high-profile commission was providing Leadership and Change Management programmes for the Senior Civil Service of the Kenya and Botswana Governments.
