Nisha Bhatia

Nisha Bhatia is Project Coordinator for ARE’s ethnic minority role model and mentorship program, Route2Success.

Prior to joining ARE, Nisha graduated from the McCombs School of Business, where she studied management and international business, as well as sociology and public policy from the LBJ School of Public Policy. Her educational focus centred on understanding how to drive social change at both an organisational and societal level.
Nisha has a background working across the policy realm, from a criminal justice innovation lab to a nonpartisan healthcare advocacy group. She is passionate about strengthening the societal position of marginalised groups by challenging norms and establishing inclusive structures.
