As a delivery partner of the Pathways to Economic Opportunities programme (P2E), funded by the London Community Foundation and JPMorgan Chase, ARE is delighted to announce the release of the first P2E report.
Co-Design Sessions: Phase I, published on Wednesday 13th April 2022, reflects on the cumulative discussions and findings from the six organisations awarded stabilisation and engagement grants of £11,500 between October – December 2021. This forms part of LCF and JPMorgan’s £2 million commitment across three years, to invest in Black and minoritized ethnic organisations in the Employment, Enterprise and Financial Health (EEFH) space.*

As part of the funding awarded, each one of the six partner organisations committed to working with ARE to co-design Phase II. This report reflects on the discussions and findings, and aims to provide guidance on the key elements for Phase II.
ARE is co-delivering the Programme with The Ubele Initiative (Ubele), to create new opportunities for leaders from Black and Minority backgrounds, and remove barriers to economic opportunity in London following the COVID19 pandemic.
