Adeline Iziren is the Communications Manager for Moving On Up.
She joined Action for Race Equality in 2022, bringing with her considerable expertise in journalism, communications and PR from previous positions such as PR Manager for The Careers Group, University of London.
Adeline has also written for many national publications including The Guardian, where she spent ten years writing career features aimed at students and recent graduates. She has also worked directly with 11 to 25-year-olds on magazines, including Nang!, a magazine published by youth charity Futureversity to keep young people off the streets and develop meaningful skills for employment.
Her writing and work with young people have won her many awards, including a Work Foundation Online Award for her career features for The Guardian.
