David is a social and business researcher, examining areas including social attitudes, elections, and consumer behaviour, in the UK and internationally.
He is the Methodology and Statistical Analyst at Survation, the market research and opinion polling company. He contributed to the Diversity Study of England and Wales 2020 produced by the Woolf Institute, Cambridge, and has conducted research among UK BAME and religious minority communities for numerous other organisations including the Ada Lovelace Institute and the Labour Muslim Network.
David worked at ARE as the Moving On Up project intern, researching ethnic disparities in employment and education.
David was a research volunteer for youth education charity Futureversity, and is a trustee of the youth journalism charity Headliners, where he was previously a member, peer mentor, and research volunteer. He studied Politics (BA Hons) at Queen Mary, University of London, and Sociology (MSc) at the University of Oxford.
