Ken joined the ARE (formerly BTEG) board as a Trustee in 2021 as part of the Macquarie Bank CoRe programme.
He has over 20 years’ experience delivering change and improvement projects working in finance sector.
Ken provides expert input to support the delivery of complex process and service development initiatives and is skilled at developing a collaborative approach to problem solving across organizations and teams.
His core experiences are in project management and Business analysis at top UK corporate and Retail banks. He has also been part of project/change teams that have successfully delivered several projects including digital technology platforms.
Ken’s methodology is grounded in lean thinking using business analysis tools and techniques to drive change and improvement delivering reduced resource utilization and improved user and client/customer experience.
He is a strong research professional who is currently completing his Doctorate degree with Middlesex University.
